I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Psychology from the Florida
State University. Upon completing my B.S. degree, I enrolled at the University of South
Florida Morsani College of Medicine and subsequently, in 2017, completed my Doctor of
Medicine. I completed a surgical residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein
College of Medicine in The Bronx. I then completed a 2-year fellowship at Rutgers-
NJMS in Surgical Critical Care/ Acute Care surgery.
