Overview

Dr. Budnick received his medical degree from the SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and his MPH from the Harvard School of Public Health. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center and a general preventive medicine residency at the New York City Department of Health. Dr. Budnick served as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the Environmental Health Special Studies Branch and as a medical epidemiologist in the U.S. Public Health Service, the New York State and Philadelphia health departments and at Exxon.
