Dr. Rudolph Wagner has been a Clinical Professor for the Institute of Ophthalmology & Visual Science at Rutgers- NJMS for over a decade. After graduating from Notre Dame University and the former UMDNJ, Dr. Wagner completed his residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA and an Ophthalmology residency at UMDNJ. Dr. Wagner specializes in pediatric ophthalmology and has completed a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and adult motility at Wills Eye Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Wagner has served as the Director of Pediatric Ophthalmology and currently teaches residents and medical students in the pediatric field.
