Overview

Dr. Mohammad Dastjerdi has been an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School since 2013. After graduating as an MD from Tehran University in 1990 he completed his residency at Kansas University Medical Center. Dr. Dastjerdi also completed a research fellowship at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Dastjerdi currently specializes in cornea, external ocular diseases, and corneal transplantation. He teaches refractive surgery to ophthalmology residents at Rutgers NJMS.
