Science, Medicine and Related Topics (SMART) Summer Program 2025 Application

Thank you for your interest in Science, Medicine and Related Topics (S.M.A.R.T.) at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School (NJMS).
This application is required of all applicants in order for the file to be processed and reviewed.

Program Dates: Mon-Fri, 9 AM-2 PM daily, June 30, 2025- July 25, 2025
Note: The program will take place virtually four days a week and in person one day a week.
The application, with all required documentation, must be submitted online by Friday, May 9, 2025

Any applications/documentation submitted after the deadlines will be reviewed only if space remains.
Note: We will not accept faxes, emails, or in-person submissions of documents.

$25 non-refundable application fee due May 9th by check or money order mailed to:
